Brandon have provided the centre with installations of their latest high colour rendition LED, Quasar eLite operating lights, HD SDI cameras and wireless remote-control systems. The high colour rendition of the lights and unique red balance control to adjust the visible red colour rendition make them ideal for accurate anatomical dissection and for teaching new surgical techniques.
The Quasar eLite lights as well as the high-tech camera systems can now be remotely controlled via the recently installed remote control device. Alternatively, students can opt to use the upgraded touch screen AV interface depending on individual preference.
Keele University will now be able to double their capacity for specialist student training in the postgraduate training room in addition to enhanced teaching stations at both the postgraduate training room and wet room.
Founded in 1949, the University of Keele is the largest campus university and is consistently ranked at the top of student satisfaction surveys.
