Tranquality Mental Health Visualisation Workshop

Join us for a FREE workshop to help your organisation understand and engage with your workforce around mental health.

TranQuality, in conjunction with Medilink, invite you to a mental health workshop, where delegates will learn about an innovative new programme, developed specifically for organisations to objectively analyse, visualise and de-stigmatise workplace mental health issues.

Poor mental health is having a huge impact on organisations, currently affecting 1 in 4 employees and yet it is a workplace issue that is not widely understood or discussed.

TranQuality’s Mental Health Assessment Programme for Organisations aims to ‘open minds’ to the idea of individuals taking control of their own mental health with help provided by their employer. Importantly, membership is voluntary and employees who choose to engage will see a clear, visual picture of how their brain is functioning and receive advice and techniques for maintaining
mental health.

This preventative approach puts people first with the aim of helping them to perform at optimal levels.

TranQuality can also treat individuals who are suffering with mental illnesses like depression and anxiety, but crucially, without medication. Delegates will also learn how this neuroscientific, non-drug treatment is helping to heal people without the side effects often associated with conventional drug based treatments.
