Patient and clinic management system provider, e-clinic, will boost its growth after being acquiring by UK-based technology company, ClearCourse.
Established in 2002 and based in Shipley, e-clinic has developed a proprietary cloud-based software package called ‘e-clinic 2’, which aims to improve operations through workload automation and management.
As part of the acquisition, ClearCourse will work with the clinic's senior team by providing operational and financial sources to enhance the organisation's growth strategy and platform development.
