 The 2010 Medilink Healthcare Business Awards are now open for entries; inviting companies from across Yorkshire and Humber to apply for their chance to shine.

Five awards will be contested at Medilink Yorkshire and Humber’s Innovation Day on July 8th, honouring healthcare excellence across the region and allowing winning companies to compete at the 2011 national Medilink UK awards. .

The five categories are: 

Start-Up – for newly established companies (trading up to 3 years) in the Healthcare Technologies sector that show a promising future

Innovation – for the development of an innovative technology, design or process that has produced major improvements in business performance or end user benefits

Partnership with the NHS – for the development of a collaboration with the NHS that has, or will have, a major impact or benefit on business performance or patient care

Outstanding Achievement – for an achievement that has had a significant or vital impact on the company

Export Achievement – for outstanding performance in international trade


Companies may apply for more than one category and shortlisted candidates will be notified in due course.
