Who are we? A creative and dynamic events team with a proven track record in successfully delivering healthcare specific events.
What do we do?Our holistic understanding of events and their strategic purpose enables us to efficiently manage the whole process - from initial concept through to delivery and evaluation - to allow the client to focus on successfully meeting its overarching objectives for the event. Our experience spans medical /technology conferences, facility and product launches, specialist seminars,workshops and award ceremonies.
How do we do it?We work with you from the outset to manage the event procedure, whilst maintaining a clear and definitive objective. We manage all aspects of the process, including budget setting, venue selection, logistics, identification ofspeakers, marketing and promotion, delegate recruitment, management of sub-contractors including audio visual, photography, set dressing and catering, on the day delivery and post event evaluation.
