With more pressure on UK grant funding, the €50bn+ Seventh Framework Programme is becoming increasingly attractive, but competition is high. Although the UK comes 2nd in Europe for the total value of FP7 funding received, it performs less well in proposal success rates – so a large amount of effort is wasted in unsuccessful bids.
This writer training workshop is designed to help you to write high quality bids and to increase significantly your chance of funding success.
Delivered by Paul Drath of Singleimage, a leading international provider of writer training with over 20 years experience of European research, this workshop will help you discover the essential elements of writing a winning proposal that delivers your message effectively to the European Commission and its evaluators.
A confidential consultation session with Quotec experts, including Dr Mitesh Ladwa, an experienced bid writer and Framework Programme project manager, will allow you to discuss your ideas for FP7 bids and gain valuable advice on improving your proposal. This will be held one week after the writer training workshop to allow you to develop your ideas.
Aimed at business people and academics who have a basic understanding of FP7 and who have a serious interest in submitting a proposal, the workshop will be highly interactive with break-out sessions and limited to 25 delegates to enable effective participation. The provisional workshop programme is given here - http://www.quotec.co.uk/downloads/FP7WorkshopProgrammemarch11.pdf
Price: £425 + VAT
The registration form for the event is given here - FP7 workshop Registration Form March 2011.
