If so, Medipex Ltd – the NHS’ Innovation centre for the Yorkshire and Humber region, would like to hear about it before the 26th February 2010. By entering your idea into the Yorkshire and Humber NHS Innovation Awards and Showcase 2010, you could stand to win a substantial amount of money – awarded to the employing Trust for the benefit of your idea.

There are four main categories of entry:
- Medical Devices and Diagnostics
- Software and ICT
- Publications and Training Materials
- Innovation Adoption and Diffusion
The Award Showcase will be a high profile event to be held at Weetwood Hall, Leeds on 21st April 2010. The showcase will comprise a welcome drinks reception during which finalists, guests and senior management from participating NHS Trusts, Universities and Companies can view posters of the short listed entries, the main awards ceremony and then the buffet reception.
This competition is open to any NHS employee in the Yorkshire and Humber region or anyone working with an NHS employee in this area (e.g. a company, a university employee or an individual).
