This workshop will give you the chance to ‘spring-clean’ your current processes and strategically review how your organisation approaches market access.
With the challenging economic times, reduced NHS budgets and an increased impetus on self-care, healthcare technology companies need to be able to effectively position and sell their products into an increasingly competitive market place. In-order to do this they need to be able to demonstrate strong clinical benefits and a compelling cost-effectiveness case; be able to identify the key customers and stakeholders; and tailor their presentation of the product to meet the specific needs of the customer.
This workshop will provide an introduction to the core principles of market access, if you would like to use your company as an example during the workshop, please mention this when booking; alternatively if you would like to review your company’s market access process we can arrange a further company visit for a small fee.
