Description

This module can stand alone or as part of the MSc Professional Health and Social Care Studies (Housing Pathway). The module aims to develop practitioners working in the field of housing, to become more evidence based in their practice applying their understanding of what works and why. You will examine existing evidence base relevant to professionals involved in the housing adaptations across sectors and will apply these against your own experience and practice. This module will provide a theoretical and evidence based background to why adaptations and assistive technologies are effective.
