Research in the region

Yorkshire and Humber is home to a vast amount of academic excellence, with clinical and research led institutions contributing to, and benefiting, the Healthcare Technologies sector. White Rose University Consortium (which encompasses University of Bradford, University of Leeds, University of Sheffield, and University of York) ranks alongside Cambridge, Oxford, and Imperial College and accounts for 86% of the regions research spend. Medilink works closely with these institutes for the benefit of Healthcare Technologies companies.

Alongside the White Rose Universities, the region boasts excellent technical and medical institutions, including:
